My flight lands after eleven at night. Can a massage still be arranged for tonight?

How is the deposit paid, and how is the balance paid?

Should I give the room number before I have it?

No. Give the hotel and the hour first, and add the room number once the night desk has handed you the key. She is given it in the thread before she sets out, so nobody has to ask for you at reception at one in the morning.

Is English spoken?

Every therapist on the roster speaks English, and several speak two or three other languages as well. Mention another language in the first message if you would prefer it.

I landed early in the morning after an overnight flight and my room is not ready. Can I book for later?

Can two of us book together after landing on the same flight?

Yes. Sharing one therapist costs twice the solo hour, and a therapist apiece costs twice that. Both of you must be twenty-one or over and present when she arrives.

What if the therapist I asked for is not free at my hour?

The reply says so and says who is free at that time. At the airport, where the journey is agreed in advance, being open to a second name makes it far more likely the hour you want can be confirmed.

Is it her call what the session includes?

Yes. Your therapist decides what a session includes, states her limits before it begins and may end it at any point. That applies at every hour and in every room.

Is there an address I can visit instead?

No. The work is outcall only: she comes to your room at the airport or in the city. There is no studio and no premises to find after a late landing.

My flight is delayed and will now land at two instead of midnight. What happens to the deposit on my ninety minutes?

The deposit on ninety minutes was half of that session's fee. A delay imposed by the airline is a change on your side rather than force majeure, and it follows the notice scale. If you tell the thread while she has not yet set out, the start can usually move to the new landing at no cost. If you would rather cancel at that point, inside the last twenty-four hours, half of the deposit is kept as fee already earned and the rest returned. From the moment she is on the road to your hotel, the whole deposit is kept, unless someone else takes the slot, in which case it is repaid in full. If you can show the house lost less than it kept, it keeps only that smaller amount.

I have never booked with the house and I want an hour at an airport hotel tonight. Do I pay anything before she sets out?

Yes, half, for two reasons that each apply on their own: it is your first booking, and the room is at an airport hotel, which is arranged with her journey time agreed with you before a start is fixed. Half the fee for the hour is asked for once the start is agreed in the thread, by card or, if you prefer, by Revolut, Wise or cryptocurrency. Because the session is the same day, you also confirm in the thread that you want it carried out straight away. The second half waits until she reaches your room.

I booked two hours before my dawn flight but I am too tired after one. Is the second hour refunded?

No. A session brought to a close early, by either side and for any reason, stays payable for the time that was reserved. The two hours were held for you, she made the journey out to the airport, and the second hour cannot be offered to anyone else that evening. Past the reserved time, nothing further falls due. If you realise before she sets out that one hour will be enough, tell the thread and the booking is simply rewritten as a single hour and charged on that basis.

I landed late and I am tired. Who sets the terms of what happens in the session?

Your therapist does, and nobody else. Before anything begins she tells you where her limits are, and those limits hold until she has left the room. She is free to decline a booking at any stage, before it reaches her or once it has, without giving a reason, and she can bring a visit to a close whenever she chooses. If a limit she has stated is pushed, the visit stops there and then; the fee for the time that was reserved remains payable and nothing is added on top of it, as the terms state.

My passport is still in my jacket from passport control. Will she ask for it?

She might. The guest who books, and anyone else who is in the room, must be twenty-one or over, so she may ask for a photo document when she arrives. A passport is fine for that. She looks at the date of birth and gives it back straight away; it is not copied, scanned or photographed, and nothing from it is written down. If she cannot be satisfied about everyone present, she leaves before the session begins, which the age statement describes.
